Are you looking for a perfect lunchtime workout? 

This new innovative fitness class will focus on core work, toning and building lean muscle.  No experience necessary as certified Personal Trainer Joseph Hicks will accommodate and modify to suit all of your individual needs and fitness levels in this motivating class.  Take charge of your health and fitness and break up your sedentary afternoon routine.   The benefits of Wellbeing and healthy nutrition are also key elements of this fun class.
