Are you looking for a great way to get in shape for the summer? Join us for a workout that will help trim, tone, and strengthen your entire body! We'll be using free weights, resistance bands, and your body weight to work the biggest muscles in your body.
This class features strength training with short intervals of cardio, plyometrics, and core work, so you'll get a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day. You will see the most benefit and results by taking this class three times a week.
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, June 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28
Time: 6:00 - 6:45am
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
